Movember starts tuesday!

In case anyone would like to join up for Movember, I made a team here. Feel free to join Team Discovery Channel* if you’d like or if you feel inclined, you can always donate. Also, here is my personal Mo Space.

My child will be born towards the end of the month so all of our first day pictures holding her will include my gross reverse Hitler mustache so please, think of the children.

*I went with Team Discovery Channel because Joaquin Phoenix & The Hair Lips was too long.

texburgher: Day 1: Clean-shaven As you may or may not know at this time, I and a few friends have agreed to shave our faces and use the clean start to grow a crowd-funded moustache, the proceeds of which will be donated to fund cancer research - specifically, prostate cancer research. The idea is that we embarrass ourselves about town and alienate our lady friends for a month, and you kick in a little donation while enjoying the spectacle. THIS IS THE DONATE LINK. If you’re a man and can grow a moustache, you can also join our team and help raise money to fund cancer research. For that matter, women who can grow moustaches are equally welcome. Just go here to sign up, and tell the friendly little web form that you want to join team ‘Balzac’, which you totally do. Trust me. However you choose to participate, I hope you do participate. Just think of how much easier it is to grow a moustache than to write a bazillion words on your novel or whatever. Okay, fine. So it’s not an either/or thing. Let’s not fight. I hate it when we fight.  This is my first Movember so I apologize in advance for the abomination which is about to fester on my top lip. I’ve never in my life grown a mustache but I am willing to ruin my family’s Thanksgiving pictures to do my part. That said, it would be cool if you guys donated/refrained from calling the local authorites on my soon to be pedo-stache. Zoom
